I am super impressed by the service received by Karen. She responded within a few hours to my email query, followed up with a phone call and resolved my request immediately. I had a really bad experience in November with Mango who didn't respond to my requests or communicate with me for four weeks. Hopefully her colleagues can learn a lesson from her about great customer service. Thanks again Karen.
