On 21 March I took my inlaws to OR Tambo to get a flight to Cape Town. They are elderly & from a small town, so I stayed with them to assist them. When we got to the Kulula counters it was chaos! There were 2/3 lines at a time, all going into the same direction. No-one knew in what queue they should be. The customer service agent on the floor was Hlenggani Nobela. What a RUDE person. All I was trying to find out was were they should stand, since there flight was due to leave in 30 minutes. He did not give us any information & just told us to stay where we were. He then came around & move us to another row, so we all fell out of our places & moved. Just after he told us that it doesn't matter in what line we are. My inlaws got more worried that they are going to miss their flight. So I walked up to him to get some information face-to-face. He refuse to give me any info & actaully said he does not know whats going on. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. So I took his badge in my hand to see his name. He pushed me away & said that it's got nothing to do with me & that I'm not his boss.
