Sa Migration
R4.500.-, 4 months of stress and NO visa

In November last year I contacted Sa Migration to help me with a Tourist Visa Extension since I was working on a work permit application and quickly needed to be able to stay and finish my application. I sent my passport, information and paid R2000, - . Due to their incompetence they were not able to collect my passport from the post office and only managed to get it 3, 5 weeks later where after my current tourist visa had expired. I called, left messages and emails but now they wanted another R2.500, - because I now overstayed. I paid and kept calling them, since they never called me back or answered my emails. Because of their extreme incompetence, humiliating service and uncapeable workers they then told me in March that they could not get me an extension anymore because that one would have expired in February. So after 4 months of constantly calling them and paying them R4.500, - I ended up having nothing more than a receipt for my fine and a notice of overstay in my passport... This company is nothing like it says on their website. They just want your money, to you and you will end up having more problems than before!
