Bumped off flight due to overbooking

Arrived on time for flights. Why does Greed cause Kulula to overbook flights so early? Does the clients satisfaction mean so little to this airline? Service on the airline is also very mediocre! Personally I have decided along with the other clients that were inconvenienced in the same way, not to make use of them again.
