No space available

When I tried to book a working holiday for the week of 25 February to 1 March on the North Coast of Kwazulu Natal I was told there were no available spaces in the whole area and that my family and I would have to stay on the South Coast. My work is on the North Coast. We were given an option of accommodation without aircon. I recently underwent surgery and explained this to the person I spoke to. I was told there is no space anywhere on the whole Kwazulu Natal coast available with aircon. It is medium season and I cannot believe that there is only one room available on the South Coast for us to stay in and absolutely none on the North Coast and not one room with aircon in the whole Kwazulu Natal. This is absolutely unacceptable.
