Eldo couches service very bad

On the 29th of Jan I took the 8:30pm bus from Lenasia South to Pietermaritzburg. The bus aircon was not working, there were cockroches in the bus. And the bus had a terrible smell. Coming back up on the 2nd of Jan the rain was coming through the window. There was hardly space to move. Everyone was so cramped. These are suppose to be "luxuary" buses. But they are far from it. We use these buses offen and the state of them has really gone down. Yet they charge so much.
