IXP Visa's not who they claim to be

I cannot believe the service I have received and I've asked for a refund! First off, the package was completely oversold to us. I was told that there was an ICT sales shortage in New Zealand only to be told by another person in IXP, week later, that there isn't.

I was told I would be assisted in finding employment, but they couldn't secure a job for me. I had no problem with this, but they never looked correctly. I was give links to IT network administrator, etc (none of which I have the qualifications for).

Every time I had a visa question, it took days for them to come back to me. I was send links to immigration sites and New Zealand government sites. ANYONE can do this themselves. They advertise that they are visa experts, but I can tell you, that are not.

They are also supposed to give you all the best options, working with your current status. We basically gave them options to look into. We were told of certain possibilities, then shut down as the possibility wasn't a reality (for example: getting a work/holiday visa with a UK passport - NO! - You need to have lived in the UK). So an entire week was spent trying to get documents, unabridged certificates, etc!
