I am booked on Mango JE165 today for the 18h30 flight to Cape Town. My flight was booked one month in advance and to my shock and horror i discovered my flight was changed to 19h45 without anyone informing me. I had supper arrangements in Cape Town but i probably need to cancel it. Who gives them the right to change my booking without informing me? Our company makes use of Mango every week and we book lots of lights on a weekly basis.

I tried calling the call centre. It is more than 22 minutes and i am still waiting on someone to pick up the call.

I am very dissapointed in the service i received. I will have to take this up with the powers at the company i work for. How am i going to explain to my family that i will not be able to attend the long planned supper tonight? This is not my doing and someone needs to take responsibility for their actions. Mango what criteria did you use to off board passengers without our knowledge?
