My husband and I had decided that this year we would like to go to Cape Town for our annual holiday and it would be fun going by train. With our vacation time approved I sent an e-mail to Andr? Fischer as he had replied to a query I had previously. I specified the dates as well as the flat preference we would have liked. A bit later I received the reply stating that the flat we requested were available as well as the quote. I needed to reply with the guest details as well as how I was planning on paying for the booking which I did promptly. I received the invoice and decided to print before paying - luckily before paying I saw another e-mail stating that the accommodation was no longer available. Upon expressing my disappointment i was told that there are plenty of other accommodation available in Cape Town - I just want to thank Andr? Fischer for the exceptional service in making me aware of the fact that there are other accommodation available in Cape Town (I am being sarcastic). As my husband and I will now be flying down and have been booked into a hotel for less than it would have cost me to travel on Shosholoza Meyl.
