Well...
Can one have a worse Holiday than we experienced at CALODYNE SER MUR on the island of Mauritius?
Lets see... Poor to no service was in existence for 8 days!
A fully inclusive package was actually fully EXCLUSIVE due to the limits imposed on us on arrival.
The quality and variety of food, to say the least, was diabolical.
Even worse for vegetarians, as there was virtually no menu for them!
Only one barman serving the entire hotel at any given time... no waiters on the beach!

We called Delene from Mauritius and being advised to speak to the owner, we did so, and was promised things would change. Nothing changed!
We had to endure the period between 22nd Dec - 29th Dec at what was possibly the least inspiring stay we have ever experienced at ANY hotel.
What transpired that Travel Zone would actually recommend 'Calodyn Ser Mur' remains a mystery.
Surely a representative from this travel agency would have 'scoped' the place out first?

lastly the dining area is covered with a huge tarp and the filth on the steel structure is beyond words!

Sorry travel Zone but this time you cost us a lot of money with a sad story to tell.. hopefully you will listen to ours.
