Consistently atrocious and dangerous driving

Please train your bus drivers better (if you train them at all?)

Each day I run the gauntlet of driving on Main Road from Kenilworth to the CBD.

Each day I have to take evasive action as your bus drivers
1.NEVER indicate when they change lanes or pull out from a bus stop.
2.avoid using the bus lane, or if they do, drive half in the bus lane and half in the general lane
3.run red lights
4.drive over the 60km/hr speed limit
5.swerve from lane to lane as the mood takes them
6.take no note of road signs and drive straight in lanes intended for left turns only
7.stop at any point, not only at bus stops

Buses are NOT taxis, and yet your buses drive in exactly the same cowboy-like manner. They are bullying, arrogant, dangerous and have absolutely no regard for other road users. Your company website claims to have " a commitment to meeting the mobility needs of our passengers in a safe, reliable and sustainable manner through the application of sound business and governance practices."

Safety and reliability are NOT words associated with your company and employees. Clearly it is time to assess your position and contribution to the road safety of Cape Town and South African roads.
