I flew with Kulula from Johnnesburg to Cape Town. When I got home I discovered that my bags had been opened and two items were and the empty boxes left in my bag. I was distraught as these are presents. Then I phone Kulula and get given two different numbers to call and two different email addresses. I have had no response no care nothing and this is concerning from my side. My mails have not even been read. How disgusting. Where is the service and the plain caring of helping or trying to get to the bottom of it.
