Customer Service made me sick enough to leave

On the 14/12/20103 I as well as x2 friends were customers at the restaurant/bar -Trends @ Trade Route Mall - Lenasia.

After ordering a meal and drinks at the front counter we asked if we could be seated in the smoking area (to which a polite waiter - Mpho agreed and directed us).

After some time, in the middle of our drinks and meal in the smoking area, a gentleman approached our table and advised that we were not allowed to have x3 chairs; a meal or; drinks in the smoking area and we then had to leave one of the chairs we were using, to another vacant table that no one was using or awaiting.

Why were we seated at the smoking area without interruption when we initially arrived?
What was the reason for us having to give away one of the chairs we were using (whilst eating), to another VACANT table?

We left the venue immediately and I did inform the Manager Anton that I was very unhappy with the service and inconvenience displayed at TRENDS- to which he simply shrugged his shoulders.

I will never be attending here again. Its a pity that Trade Route Mall is listed as one that does not respond to posts on this site although, I found it a necessity that I expressed discontentment.
