SAA misplaced our luggae for 2 days which was a huge inconvenience as we had just flown in and out for a wedding. We needed to purchase new clothes and essentials SAA only gave us 75 USD which doesn't go far. Analisa who was the customer service agent at the airport in PE lost luggage counter was truly remarkable, she was professional and efficient. Analisa located our bags got them delivered and organised us to be reimbursed for our shopping expenses. Without employees like her behind the scenes SAA would of failed dismally a long time ago.
