Frudalent and deceptive drive

I took the 8h30am bus from Wynberg Terminus to get off at Edith Stephens Wetlands Park on Govan Mbeki road. The bus went via Hanover Park, thereon, the bus driver kept on taking wrong routes.
We were 4 in the bus. The 2 passenger had to continually reprimand him that he needs to focus and take the correct bus route. Then, he lost his way. These 2 passenger had to direct him to get to the right direction. Then the one silent passenger and a guy got off. We were only two girls left in the bus, then the driver refused to take us to our daily drop-off stops, he said the inspector is going to see him and fine him. We got off somewhere random, dodgy in the middle of nowhere.
I had to ask where I am, was told we are in Manenberg. We had to find our way to the taxi routes and ask around for a taxi fare.
I'm new at work on probation, whatever I do it reduces or increases my rates at work, I had to be late because of your and deceptive drivers. And now that my safety was extremely compromised, how do I even trust that the driver was even legit or legal?
After being such a loyal patron of Golden Arrows for year, I deserve compensation for this. I am utterly disgusted to the core.
