UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

Today 15.08.2013 this morning a debit order went off my account for R49.00, not knowing for what or why i phoned my bank and asked for a number to find out, they gave me a 0861135791 number for D Dynamix also known as Stratcol that is shown on my debit order, when i phoned 4 times no answer, only ringing. So i had to phone my bank again, they gave me another number 031 826 4756, also just ringing, NO ANSWER, so i phoned my bank AGAIN. They said that i can put a complaint in for and reverse this debit order and stop it from going off again. All i want is to know how the someone can just put a debit order on my account, I need to speak to someone from Stratcol/ D Dynamix, need to know what this is for???
