Easier finding a needle in a haystack than BA

Took me 1 hour and 45 mins to eventually get through to BA. I have literally dialled 10 different numbers, of the 10 numbers i got through to 5 of them and yes, not one of them could help me! Even called the call centre and yes, they are CLOSED! During all this, i got through to a lady by the name of Bronwynne Mulder at Comair who answered the phone telling me to hold on but then left me hanging for over 10mins! not even the decency to put me on hold properly, i heard her having a fat convo with someone else also telling someone else to take my call! tried caling back but YES, couldnt get through! eventua;;y, i got through and she was more angry with me than i was at her!!! definitley not the service i want from an airline such as BA, i expect this from other airlines but definitely not BRITISH AIRWAYS! until now (which is officially 2 hours later) i still dont have the information i need and all i need is a departure time for a that was delayed last night!! is it really too much to ask??? lets see if anyone responds to any of my complaints on hellopeter or twitter?? oh wait, lets try an email!
