Hi

i have been trying to cancel my account fro years, I have paid 2 resellers to try help me and no luck.
QVC is no help if you call they put you on hold for 30 min then the phone cuts out.

i am willing to give this away i have had an accident and i cant afford this anymore i have used my point once in 5 years because there is never availability.

please just take my points away you will score everything i have paid for 5 years.
