I attended an Easy Holidays presentation with Lawrencia in Durban in July and she explained the whole points system with such efficiency and passion. I could see that she absolutely loves doing her job. She is a fantastic consultant and I am sure Easy Holidays is proud to have her as an employee. She handles her after sales care just as well - made me feel like a personal friend of hers. Always friendly - you can actually hear the smile in her voice when she calls you, and she is constantly wanting to know if there is something she can do for you. Most people get their sales and then promptly forget about the clients where they get their commission, but Lawrencia actually cares. Well done Lawrencia. I will definitely take you up on that offer of a cup of coffee when I am next in Durban.
