What a rude agent - No way i will join again

I spoke to this agent Fiona from holiday access after i was transferred to reservation. She had no customer service. The more i tell her an agent told me yesterday they can see my booking payment the more she say there is nothing on the system. Then i told her she confuse and then she got all with me and said she will put the phone down. As if i need to be now scared of the incompetent agent that dont know what she's doing. I told you dare put the phone off then she will see. Its unbelievable how she speak to her client. I will never ever again refer anyone to join holiday access or club leiser or what you call yourselfs.
Im waiting since 23rd of October for a guest certificate to be made out. I spoke to the only helpful lady Samantha in reservations and she sound like she wanted to really help. But the Fiona one i would want stafff to work for my company they will bring me down. If she is not happy with her job dont take it out on the customers. She didn't even try to understand the issue, No objective handling just passing the buck. Ja niks holiday access vir my meer nie. Vrot dienste
