Morning,
I have just got to work and still no feedback re: query so I got off the bus and went to the Civic Centre info kiosk they no help at all in fact they have a bad attitude and don't want to help I have like 7.9 points left on my card not enough to get home and have no cash on me today.
Something better be sorted out TODAY.
Do something and make this right.
Basically on the mover package and on the 22.10.2013 I loaded R80 by the 3rd time tapping in it said low balance I don't have money every time to keep loading all the time. An appeal form with all my supporting documents has been sent and since last week this hasn't been resolved.
