Good Day,

I have been trying to book a guest househotel through The Touch Down Group as me and my husband have a contract with them we signed and we contribute 199.00 every month so that when we book with them they pay for the accomodation and make all necessary bookings on our behalf. End of Aug i contacted them to book a hotel in Port Edward or closer area to port edward and they said they will come back to me and the didnt and then on the 26 Sept i spoke to the lady by the name of Goodness and she said she will send me the list of the surrounding areas and names of hotel i can choose to stay in and i did not receive anything. and i continued to do follow up until i spoke to Goodness and she told me she will send me a blank email so that she can book the hotel on our behalf and send me proof of payment and i havent received it even though i send an email to find out when are we receiving it ealier today i called i was told she on lunch she will call back and i am still waiting. and we are leaving on the 29 nov - 01 dec. if they dont book us they must just pay all the money we have been contributing the past year. thank u
