Shocking Service at Check In

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Mango last Saturday. I was flying with my sister who is 6 months pregnant and so a hassle free, calm check in experience would have been appreciated.

We attempted to book in on Fri 20 Sept and that system wasnt working. We attempted to book in at the kiosk and that was not working either. We then joined the line at 6:05am for a 7:05am flight. The check in then took OVER AN HOUR whilst people went round to the drop off line to check in. No information or advice was given to us.

We eventually got to the front of the line as the plane was supposed to take off. We were told the flight had been overbooked. It was apparent that excuses were then searched for as to why we couldn't get on the flight. My sister being booked under her maiden name became the main issue. The ID number was the same. We were told under NO CIRCUMSTANCES could she get on the plane and the nex flight was over 24 hours later.

Once my sister started getting stressed out and upset - no doubt upsetting the baby - and coincidentally as a seat opened, the maiden surname suddenly became no problem!!! Completely unneccesary and a total fabrication. Very poor service
