I was in Durban on holiday in June 2013 when I attended easy holidays offices and bought timeshare I was told after my full deposit payment I will receive my first e-mail with bonus breaks which I can use and I have paid my first instalment, but upto today I have not received any e-mails regarding bonus breaks. I have call the call centre n explained my problem the first time they had my wrong e-mail address whoch was rectified then I called a week later asking why did I not receive a e-mail they said maybe my address is incorrect I explained to the lady its correct she said she will sent an e-mail and she did. Now a week ago I called again asking where's my starter pack and also where's my bonus break e-mails. I told the lady Why do I always have to call the call centre to ask for my bonus breaks I wasn't promised service like this and I also had to call for my membership number which you people had to do, i want a full refund for what I have paid because your service is terrible. They said I should contact the branch which I did and the branch said I should contact the call centre I honestly can't pay for something which I'm not satisfied with!! Please help. Thanks
