After my last Hello Peter complaint IN MAY - believe it or not I have still not heard from a representative from this Company in connection with the timeshare levy I could not afford to pay at the end of last year for this years points which I have not yet used. We could not sell yet I still keep getting statements charging me interest and two weeks ago I got a call from a department asking why I had not taken the option which they offered me which I must stress was never offered and when investigated the gentleman from Flexiclub made it clear that we did not qualify for the offer because we weren't pensioners and promised to sort out my issue and cc me into the email which still has not happened. Last week I got a call from another lady at Flexiclub asking me the exact same questions about not accepting the offer and after loosing it with her on the telephone she assured me it would all be sorted out!!! I am still WAITING - I have never in my life had such poor service from a company where one department don't know what the other department are doing!!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF IT - I DO NOT WANT THIS TIMESHARE ANYMORE AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT USED...
