Refusal to pay employees salaries

SA Road link has been refusing to pay certain employees their salaries and this has now become a huge problem due to the fact that these employees are now being evicted!
Since May my uncle has received no salary from them yet they keep promising that they are going to pay or more recently using the excuse that they have no money and they are currently undergoing liquidation.
this is!
if they were being liquidated why are these buses still operational and why do they pay preferred employees their salaries?

My uncle hasn't paid rent for the pass 3 months and currently he doesn't even have money for food or transport to get him to work.
HR is refusing to take his calls!

SA Road link has 1 day to pay his full salary plus compensate him for whatever loss he HAS suffered or else we will make sure that they are really liquidated and that its not just an excuse.

These people are so dishonest really, they don't know the first thing about business etiquette!
