False Advertising

I just cannot believe how much of a fool we have been made to be! We scanned through several accommodation in making enquiries for them. We made an enquiry for the Baysand Lodge in Bloubergstrand. They replied and we actually conversated around the same ennquiry. We were quoted R4000 in total for a 4 night stay for 8 people. We couldnt actually believe it, hence i started responding to the quote and asking the person who was dealing with the enquiry a few questions. Not once were we told that the! price was incorrect. Now that we have paid the deposit that was required from us, now the pricing is incorrect! This is not our fault and we refuse to take blame for it! I will take the necessary steps to fight this. it is not our fault and why should we be penalised for it. We have made this booking and confirmation has been made. This is ridiculous and i refuse to be made such a fool!
They should be ashamed of themselves. Such a huge company with such a huge mistake? Well, something needs to be done in this case, because we have done what has been requested of us. This enquiry was made 4 days ago and they did not pick this up? payment was made yesterday, but i get a call today?!?!
