I asked them to cancel because i don't want it anymore and i can't afford it anymore. So they want all these personal information of why i cant afford it anymore. I just don't want it and i think i have the right to say that's all the information that they need. When i signed the contract one amount was given to me to pay every month and i was fine with that until two different amounts went of my account. When i asked them about it they could not give me an answer to why there is two amounts going of. Please help i just don't want this anymore.
