About 2 years ago i purchased 20 vouchers from Sushiela, a sales person working for break free, i was told that the voucher entitles me to stay at the resorts affiliated to break free without having to pay for accommodation, and that i might have to pay for breakfast and supper only depending on the place i choose to stay at, about a week and a half ago i called in to break free to make a booking to stay at one of the resorts and was unpleasantly surprised when i was told that i would have to pay for my stay, i spoke to a number of girls whose names i have listed and they were very rude and most unwilling to help, firstly the fact that the vouchers were sold to me under false pretenses is very infuriating and secondly the manner in which i was treated is most unprofessional and ill mannered. it has taken me exactly a week and a half of endless phone calls and emails and to date none of them has been able to assist or explain why i am being charged for something i was told is free at the point of purchase? This is clearly a and is defrauding people by using false marketing to get the public to buy into this!
