Based on DRVC response, the person who answered, obviously misunderstood my complaint. We did complain to management about the matress and had to remind them many times in the day and 2 days later, the matress was changed but was just as bad as the previous one. We also complained about the cocroaches to management but the only thing we didnt complain to management about was their children because it is not an easy task to tell parents that their children are annoying you.

My point is that DRVC should inform members who book at Mount Savannah that the place is in dire need of new beds, etc & that the management has two children who are really busy boys and give the member the option to decide. this is the childrens home. They all over reception, the swimming pool, the yard. So, once informed, members can make an informed decision. DRVC should not keep members in the dark and then try to justify what they did.

I am really disappointed in the attitude of whoever wrote the feedback to my first report. Obviously, you do not understand or care about the satisfaction of your members.
