I made a wrong purchace via the internet with my credit card. I immediatly contact the supplier to cancel my order without response. I contact kulula card on 22 April and faxed and mail them my letter of dispute the same day. They say it take 3 to 5 working days. When I follow up they say that its still in the process and the 5 working days is long gone.
