Telkom - still no assistance received (Continued)

This was my original complaint - i still had no response and now the phone line is also down aswell as data line!!

Got home from work to find my internet / ADSL line down. Emediately phoned 10210 and got to an employee who kept me on the phone for 8 minutes and then transferred me to another department which i never reached i was cut off. I then phoned again and the same thing happened. In total i phoned 6 times and six times got cut off. This all happened using my cellphone and the total charge of calls made came to R112, the worst thing about this all is that i have STILL not been assisted and my line is still down.

Is this what Telkom calls service delivery? Very very dissapointing to say the least
