On Two occasions I upgraded @ two different stores which in both cases made a complete mess of the upgrade which rendered device unusable and that I had to phone around endlessly to get their mess sorted out
and never getting any feed back on complaints lodge a complaint @ their eastrand offices and nothing happened to staff no disciplinary actions was taken and now I want to cancel both contract due to this mess and no they want make me pay cancellation fee which I refuse
