Extreme bad service on repairs, Never attend to p

I had problems with my cell phone ever since I took the upgrade from Chatz/Vodacom, I got a galaxy pocket on the sales persons advise, and there were already pictures on from previous people, they said they don't know how to explain it, after that recently I took it in to be repaired for hanging and stolling, I couldn't even switch it off, had to take battery out. It came back with exactly the same problem, I showedd the guy there that it only had a 2gig memory card in now and all my photos were gone he said that he would see where it was, now they come back telling me there were now memory card in after the person from Chatz knew we looked at it, Now I have to send it in again they send it in with fault reporting as "signal" after I lost all my contacts and photos!!! They newer follow up and I always have to call them. Always full off story's and twisting things around. EXTREMELY DISIPOINTED!!! They already changed inbetween with 4 differant sales persons in this short period.
