MTN refuse to assist with UPGRADE

Trying to upgrade since Friday 11 January 2013. Spoke to Mpho and told him that I would call back in ten minutes in order for me to decide which handset I wanted. Called back a few minutes later and the lady that answered would not assist even though Mpho was not available and told me that she would get Mpho to call me. I'm still waiting. I called again on Monday 14 January and there was just NOTHING. I stay holding on for 10 minutes and eventually gave up. I even tried upgrading on the MTN website and even then dont get a response.
