I am now a customer for a week and I have experienced nothing but bad service, I called to cancel the killer deal order that I made that was on Monday, I was told someone was going to call me on Monday or a day later to confirm and finalise the cancellation, well I am still waiting. then I went to their Clearwater store and nothing was on the system to do with the cancellation I made. because I knew I was cancelling their offer, I went on and a bought a modem and own ISP and now I am sitting with two modems cause they still cant confirm the cancellation I have since requested.
