Cell C
Their ignoring my application

I applied for a cellc contract, one which is a good deal and only runs to the 30th april. I did it over the phone, however I have got no responses or any feedback up to date. I gave them my details so they have all my information now but I don't have any contract. I phoned numerous times to follow up but the call center is useless, they let you hold on forever until you reach a point where decide this.

I have no idea what's happening over there because I had no feedback whatsoever!!

I'm very unhappy about this and want cellc to know it.
