Poor (lack of) server from Cell C - Vetting Dept

Nelson at Cresta has been helpful in getting the documents submitted from 9 April. He has been keeping us updated.
15 April - Vetting dept sends a mail requesting documents from our other company. NOT the company in which we are trying to register this account. It is now clear that CELL C is mixing up our two companies.
COMP A's name changed to COMP C years ago, but COMP B is the company we want to register the account on. We have tried to get hold of Priya ever since that day with no luck at all.
Nelson kept in touch and asked if we got hold of Priya yet.By the 18th April, we asked Nelson to try himself, because trying to get to Priya through the customer care line was impossible.

We have left messages for Priya to contact us, with email addresses and phone numbers, but I'm starting to have my doubts of whether this woman actually exists.

We are not even your customer yet and already we are regretting trying to enter into this contract with you. Your vetting department is useless as no one answers calls, and messages left with the customer care department do not get returned.

We understand that you are confused by the two companies. Please contact us so we can explain!
