I WANT TO MOVE CONTRACTS FROM NETPLAN TO AURECON

I got such bad attitude from a lady who works at nashua Mobile, she is tall thin with lots of make up and she was chewing a chappies .she was so rude and didnt even provide me with service.

last week wed i went to the branch in tramshed to get forms to help me move contracts from a company name to individuals name as the Netplan has joined venture with aurecon group, I was told to go to the midrand branch as she doesnt know where to obtain the information from, i mean if you work at Nashua u should know the contact person of your superior.

The same didnt want to print me invoice letter saying it will show that she accessed the account, i mean a cellphone shop is there to print invoices and quiry not to save paper and be rude

i was treated like a while i was customer who is bringing money to the company the same money that is going to pay her salary.
the manager must just speak to the lady and sort out her attitude problem as i left the shop unhelped and clueless of where i should seek help.
nashua is the worst, try calling the call centre line, the line is bad, they service poor, they will keep on transfering u from one person to the other
