DELIVER MY PHONES OR DEAL IS OFF!!

Hi
i have two contacts with you, i called last week requesting an upgrade on the two phones, i was told that i will have my phones in seven days up until today 18/04/13 i have not received anything. i called you on 17/04/13 after 18:00Hrs a lady called Mpho transferred me to tracking department knowing very well that they have closed.
if i do not get my phones before the end of day you may be forcing me to cancel the upgrades
this is bad don't call me just send my phones.
