Public WARNING!! - NEVER believe anything they say

Eastgate Thabi convinced me that if I take out a new contract with her, instead of Bedfordview, she'll have everything ready on Saturday. 1!! I could only collect my phone and voucher on Monday.
BUT still nothing works! She promised it will be active after midnight the following day - 2!
When I queried this, she is conveniently on leave, and Vicky, promises to sort it out and phone me back in 20 minutes - 3!!
I just got feedback that Thabi loaded the contract wrong, and now I will have to wait until Friday for this to be fixed!!
When I insist to speak to the manager, (Kotie Morgan) - she also refuse to come to the phone!!
WHAT THE SHOULD I DO NOW?!
This is not the first problem I'm experiencing with Autopage - there ALWAYS seems to be something else!
I need my phone working on the Vodacom network, and I need my voucher active URGENTLY, as my business is recruitment and not being able to make calls is detrimental to my business!!!
