4th complaint since 17 Jan 2012 over same issue

This is my 4th complaint regarding a matter since 17 January 2013 and all I am waiting for is my phone from c cover. You respond quickly on hellopeter and after that you do NOTHING. I was promised my phone a month ago and still waiting. what type of service are you???
Lets see if someone can actually phone me this time???
