Cell C Data is Disgusting

I signed up for a 2 gig contract for Cell C through FNB. There is no Internet access 80% of the time. The I pad says there is signal but you cannot browse or retrieve email. The problem is NOT with my hardware - I also have a Vodacom account and when that card is in there are no interruptions. I will not be put on hold for 25 mins again only to be told the problem is solved when it's not. You can call me to fix this problem. SIM card phone number is 0747547148.
