Must recieved data the 1st of April then 15th

Good day

I have the Samsung galaxy tab with 2gb Smart data price R279

I put iin last week a complain about that i didnt recieve my 2gb The first of april

On thurseday sipo and ruth phoned me that Lebo did admit she had made a misake on my contract and that they will give the 15th of April my 2gb Data well today is the 15th and i didnt recive my data.

i Wont Pay my cell c until this problem is resolved because now i am paying for somthing that i even dont get!!!
