Running promotions but then out of stock

Telkom is running a promotion currently where you get a free cordless phone if you arrange for your phone line to be reconnected at a new premises when you move homes online. I have visited two branches who told me that they haven't had any of these free phones in stock for at least the last month or two. Nobody can give an indication of when or if they will be receiving stock either.
