I want to sell my phone and had a general query about it being a contract phone. Craig went out of his way to give me advice w.r.t. current pricing and where I could try to advertise the phone, even giving me extra advice about safety and what to look out for. I'm sure my query had nothing to do with what his actual job is, but he still tried to give me the best advice he could. His helpfulness, honesty and absolutely amazing personality are qualities that are sadly lacking in most people these days, and he just comes across as such a "genuine" person. He is an absolute asset to MTN and I feel he deserves to be commended and rewarded for the excellent level of service he provides! Thank you very much Craig, for your assistance and for reminding me that there are still honest, well mannered, caring people in the world. You are a true inspiration!!
