Cell C does not care about clients

Two weeks after lodging complaint on Hellopter I eventually get my contarct cancelled.

Alas not the end of my woes. I get my phone moved to Pre-paid so I can port my no to MTN. Guess what I CANNOT PORT. I also still have not received a credit on my account and I wonder what battle I am going to have with that.

I contacted Lucky the next day and no surprise I have received no response. This is now 3 days later and I have called daily but to no available I have not even had a courtesy call back.

I am still stranded without a cellphone as I do not have multiple spare phones and I am using a pre-paid MTN due to lack of poor network coverage from Cell C.

I even this morning promised to go back to Hellopeter but it obvously had no effect.

Obviously CELLC has no respect for Hellopeter and does not care that prospective clients would read comments like this and most defintely think twice about using CELL C
