FALSE Advertising!!!

You have a two page article in your magazine (March - May 2013) detailing the LG Optimus L3 Dual Sim phone.
BUT - none of the branches have stock, and neither does Head Office??!!

That is not acceptable. How can you advertise the handset, and then have NO stock??

Head Office merely say that they have not received stock from LG - if that is the case, surely it is up to you to get it urgently - it is not THEM that advertised this handset, it's ALTECH!!!

Please URGENTLY let me know when and where I can collect this handset from, as it will be for new contracts (Vodacom), but I need it urgently, otherwise I will just have to go somewhere else. Game also has two different types of Dual sim phones to choose from... but I'll prefer getting it directly from Altech... due to good service in the past - I'm hoping your service did not deteriorate?? Well, let's see if anyone responds to this query??!!
