BB8520 never repaired scroll/toggle still faulty

My BB8520 was sent for repairs on 21 Feb received back end March unfortunately still not repaired. On 2 April I informed Clinton of this he said he would get back to me he never did Karen @ Clearwater branch phoned me a few days later informing me that Clinton said if I want the same problem repair which they never repair in the first instance I will have to pay. How absurd can they get wanting to charge for something which was never repair. Claiming it was liquid damage when Clearwater did a liquid test there were no traces of liquid damage!!!

I insist that my phone be repaired 100% at their costs.
