My Account is temporarily unavailable

I have been trying to login to the My Account website for the past 3 days but keep getting "My Account is temporarily unavailable". This is definitely not temporary. I then called the customer service on 140 and asked for my latest statement to be emailed to me in pdf format. The agent confirmed all my details and then said thanks i have emailed it to you. When I checked my email it was a Sept/Oct 2012 statement! This is pathetic!
